The GemSperse XP dispersions have been developed for the coloration of flexible PVC, polyurethane foam and other resin systems. They are based on various plasticisers, but DIDP is being increasingly used to meet physiological requirements. The pigments on which the pastes are based are carefully selected for their appropriate fastness properties, offering resistance to solvents, soap and detergents as required.
A range of plasticisers can be used such as those required for flame retardancy, and pastes can be formulated to customer specifications in terms of colour, fastness demands, viscosity or phthalate-free carriers.
